The phrase, "at scale" is the perfect descriptor for anyone, anywhere, seeking results that actually inform. Otherwise, it's make work looking for justification.
Yes! Makes sense and great distinction. If/when I write this longer post, I'll need to create a definition for what viral means, or just use a different phrase entirely like "high engagement."
